When should Bullet Points be used?

How to change the size and formatting of bullet points in PowerPoint 2013 and PowerPoint 2016?

Make a bullet point list to start working on it. Once have your Bullet point list, highlight all the bullet points that you want to format as shown below

After that, right click the highlighted bullet point, hover over Bullets and then click Bullets and Numbering as shown here
